Hemophilia is a hereditary condition that affects the blood\u2019s ability to clot properly. It is not transmitted from person to person, for example through communication, but it requires very careful attention to everyday activities. What may seem minor to most people can become a real threat here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even something as simple as brushing teeth can lead to bleeding for a child with hemophilia, and such bleeding can be difficult to stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have long been working daily together with the doctors of the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise \u201cCity Clinical Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 25\u201d of the Kharkiv City Council for the health and lives of children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On World Hemophilia Day, we once again draw public attention to the importance of understanding and support, and we provide gifts to young patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, these include first aid kits and seemingly simple but essential items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 an ultra-soft toothbrush;
\u2705 hemostatic products: toothpaste and mouthwash;
\u2705 an individual tourniquet;
\u2705 cooling agents: in cube form for older children and vegetable-shaped for younger ones;
\u2705 as well as two types of medical tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are deeply grateful to the children and their parents for their resilience. It is not easy to constantly control one\u2019s actions and impulses to avoid even the smallest injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with the doctors, we are doing everything possible to eliminate potential risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
